At least 4-year professional experience inassisting and advising clients in relation to the conclusion and execution of loan agreements, domestic and international lending and credit(including syndicated and bilateral loans and related security), assetfinancing, debt restructuring, credit risk analysis and non-performingloans, debt recovery, mortgages and charges, etc.
